Thank you for submitting your Dispute & Reinvestigation Request. Our Dispute Department will begin processing your request right away.
Email communication regarding your dispute will come from disputes@choicescreening.com. Please ensure you can receive emails from this address.
Please note:
- Disputes may take up to thirty (30) days, but will be returned as quickly as possible.
- When additional information is requested in order to process a dispute, turnaround times may vary.
- You will receive a confirmation email within one (1) business day to confirm receipt of your dispute.
- Your prospective employer will be notified of the received dispute within one (1) business day.
- Upon completion, you and your prospective employer will be sent a copy of the Dispute & Reinvestigation background report results.
