Summary

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable in an independent setting, capable of adhering to compliance and quality standards, and will possess excellent communication skills. This position is an in-office position located in Englewood with limited remote work once you’ve proven your developer mettle. At our office you’ll enjoy super-convenient road access and parking, killer mountain views, an unlimited coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine, foosball, mini bolted-to-the-wall basketball, retro video games and working with some seriously great people.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years C#/.NET on the job experience
  • Minimum 2 years T-SQL/MS SQL Server experience, especially writing and analyzing SQL queries
  • Experience troubleshooting, maintaining and debugging existing code bases
  • Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version control system
  • Minimum 2 years jQuery/JavaScript experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and people skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with frontend libraries and frameworks (Blazor, Angular, VueJS, React, etc)

Choice Screening is recruiting a National Researcher to join our research and customer service team.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable in an independent setting, capable of adhering to compliance and quality standards, and possess excellent communication skills.  Primary responsibilities include customer support as well as processing orders from receipt of request to submission of results.

Summary

Choice Screening’s National Researchers are responsible for processing orders and researching select county and state databases for criminal, DMV, drug records, etc. Responsible for understanding and applying applicable parameters for search criteria, properly process various order requests and appropriately report results while following strictly regulated compliance and quality standards.  In addition to reporting results for criminal records, drug tests, driving records, National Researchers will enter records for education/professional/personal verifications. This position will also monitor turn-around times to verify timely responses as well as accuracy of information reported.

This position serves as an account manager and customer service expert to help customer calls and questions. This position will require trouble shooting with customers, providing appropriate solutions, and interpreting results of background reports.  Excellent communication and organization skills applied across various mediums are expected.

This position requires high attention to detail, accuracy and efficacy. Position handles extremely sensitive information and ethical disposition is required.
