Primary responsibilities include sales and full account management: consulting with our clients and prospective clients to clearly understand their background screening needs and effectively match each client with the right products and services, provide ongoing client support and promote client retention and satisfaction.

Preferred Experience: 1-5 years Sales & Account Management experience. Bachelor's Degree in related field. Experience in background screening preferred but not required.

We are seeking a National Account Executive to develop and maintain a sales pipeline by successfully maximizing leads through cold calling, trade shows and inbound leads. You will consult with prospects and recommend a background screening program that best aligns with their organizational goals, enhances their hiring process and identify opportunities to improve their current background screening program. You will be your client's primary contact throughout their partnership with Choice Screening and will work to meet the client's evolving demands through our various services and technology. You will gain proficient understanding of industry regulations, compliance and best practice standards with the ability to communicate as appropriate.

- Quota driven performer with 1-5 years Sales and Account Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, English, or related field preferredMust be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to communicate over the phone and in person with throughout all levels of an organization, including C-Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, Persistent, Assertive, Hungry and Competitive
- Computer savvy; ability to navigate various applications including CRM; MS Office Suite proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High business ethics and integrity; ability to adhere to regulatory standards
