Background screening can include a variety of services, such as criminal history, resume verifications, professional references, credit reports, MVR history and drug screening just to name a few. Your employer or landlord determines which services they intend to utilize to search your background and can answer your questions directly.
Background screen reports are usually completed within 24 to 72 hours. Whenever possible, we complete the report even faster. On occasion, however, results can take longer for a variety of reasons. Your prospective employer may have an idea of how long their background screens usually take or they can contact us for an estimate.
Employers will use the results of a background screen based on their specific criteria. Choice Screening cannot and will not advise an employer or landlord on whether or not an individual is a good candidate for them.
